Hi, this is Joe Wang, head coach and founder of South Bay Youth Sports. Today, we're going to cover football core workout. For the football core workout, we would need cones and you need field space. The football core workout we're going to go through high knees and a box drill. We're going to do karaokes for the lateral movement. We're going to do back pedal for the balance and then we're going to do side step. Here, this athlete is going to show us the high knees. Jamison, let's do the high knees through the first cone, high knees keeping in arm's strength. Do the lateral movement through the karaokes, back pedal for balance and a side strap straddle.
