Hi, this is Cristen with Cool Springs Eye Care in Franklin, Tennessee, and I'm going to teach you how to clean your disposable contact lenses. Every time you take your contacts out, it's important to clean them. So, when you take the lens out of your eye, you are going to put it in the palm of your hand. Take a few drops of your multipurpose solution and rub it with your forefinger. That will remove any deposits and debris from the lens. And then, you'll put it into your case and cover it with some more fresh solution. You never want to store solution in the case for days at a time. And you'll cover tightly, and that's how you'll clean your soft contact lenses.
