You want to make sure that your upper arm is parallel with the floor. The next exercise is going to be a lunge and press. So, simply, you want to get into a nice lunge position coming down and up, down and up. Now, we're going to add a press to that, so only if you feel confident that you can, if not you can just do the lunge. So inhale down, exhale, press and come back up, switch the feet. The next exercise that I'm going to do is going to be a side lunge and a high row. So, what you want to do is first get into a really deep squat here, you want to lean over on to one side. You can simply use both dumbbells or you can use one at a time. So, you want to make sure that your feet are parallel, you don't want your foot out to the side and what I'm going to simply do is exhale up, really high, inhale down. This dumbbell exercise circuit is a great total body workout that you can do. You want to make sure that you get at least 10 to 20 reps and three to four sets total.
