Hi, I'm Amy Newman, fitness expert and creator of the Perfect 10 workout, and I'm going to show you some classic Pilates moves. We're going to bring our arms around first, taking in a deep breath. Reach forward for your feet, exhaling, stretching out that back. Flex your feet. Press through the heels, then slowly roll back. As you roll back, then bring your knees up into tabletop. Do the hundred, pressing out and then down just a little, keeping your head still, chin on your chest, exhaling... exhaling. Exhale. Exhale. And you do this really kind of fast, just squeezing just your abs, not using anything, keeping your legs very still like dead weight. Then go from there to grabbing one knee, and then the other knee, extending the other knee nice and long. Exhale. Exhale. Exhale. Exhale. Exhale. Go from this move to a straight leg scissor kick, exhaling. Exhale again. Reaching for the back of your leg, pulling your chest into your leg. Exhale. Inhale. Exhale. Inhale. Exhale. Inhale. Exhale. Then bring both legs up, lay your head down, arms by your side. Bring your legs back into a pike, then slowly roll down, opening your legs a little bit, and bringing your legs in together. You can bring your knees in, bring your legs up and over, and around. Pull them up, and then over your head, and then around. Bring them up. Exhale. Inhale. And then exhale again as you lift them up. You can add even more to this move. Exhale. Inhale. Bring your legs around. Bring your arms around, then roll up and stretch forward. Roll back. Come down, bring your legs up behind you. Circle around. Bring your arms around. Roll up. Stretch out. Roll back. Legs come up, pike. You can touch the ground if you want. You don't have to. Circle your legs around. Bring your arms around. Roll up. Exhale. And those are some classic moves you can do in Pilates to add to your workout. I'm Amy Newman. Thanks for joining me!
