Hi, I'm Amy Newman, fitness expert, creator of the Perfect 10 Workout. I'm going to show you some Pilates methods. Now, we're going to do the row, first. Where you pull up, out, down, exhale, inhale, up. Bring your arms around and like you're pulling up a row, pull up, inhale, exhale, down, inhale, up, and around. Pull up, stretch out, row, come up, and around. Pull in, stretch up, come down, pull up, and around. Now, you can do a variety of the same exercise, reaching out, pulling around. Pulling through, exhale, inhale, around, same kind of direction. As pulling in the same kind of exercise. Reaching around, pulling through, exhaling, inhale, reaching around. Pulling through, exhaling, inhale, reaching around, pulling through, exhaling, inhale, reach around. And then, pull through, reach, roll back, just a little bit and then, press down doing the hundred. Roll your lower back down, on to the mat, exhale, neck is long, head is balanced. You don't want to move your head around, you want to have your shoulders in, pressing down, exhaling. You don't exhale completely, each time you press down, you exhale just a little bit. And about five push downs, will make a complete exhale. And then, a deep inhale and do it again. And then, you can come up, you can open up your arms, twist, exhale, twist to the other side.
