Hi, this is Jason Morgan with Muscleworx Fitness in Carolina Beach, North Carolina. Today, we are going to discuss exercise ball routines for men. Guys, I know a lot of you are going to think that this, this little exercise ball here is something that you are going to do crunches on, or something that you are going to see in a female-based aerobics class. I'm here to tell you if you are a real man, there's plenty of exercises that you can do utilizing this ball. One we are going to show you right now is an exercise ball push-up. You just want to start with the ball on the ground, hands about shoulder-width apart. Balancing on the ball, stand in push-up position. This is going to work your core, as well as your chest muscles. So, you'll push down, come back up trying not to fully lock your elbows out. This forces you to maintain your core stability. Works the stabilization and connective tissues of the shoulders, chest, and the tricep. Fire off, about three sets of ten repetitions of that, you'll increase your chest mass and I guarantee it's a workout for a real man. And that's a sample of some routines that you can do on an exercise ball.
