Hi, this is Jason Morgan with Musclework Fitness in Carolina Beach, North Carolina. Today, we'll discuss how you lose weight while walking on a track. Now, of course, the distance that you're going to cover or the speed that you're going cover that distance, is going to be dependent on your fitness levels. If you're just getting started doing a cardiovascular exercise program, you do as in a track. You want to probably start walking, walk in a brisk pace, if you can. If your fitness level is so low, that you can just walk in a slow pace. The movement's more important to start off with. As your fitness level progresses, you'll find that you can increase your speed, you can increase your distance. It's a great way to get outside, increase your vitamin D levels, use that path, run, jog, walk, bike. A track is a track, as long as it's measured. Make sure that you've got a good pair of walking or running shoes that provides you ample support. I recommend that you don't use those shoes for anything, other than the walking or the running around the track. So that, that is what that shoe is specific to. It's going to increase the life of the shoe and make the support for your knees and your joints and ankles, much better. The next thing, is you want to consider, is possibly getting a heart rate monitor. you want to get your heart rate up, somewhere around the 75 percent of your target heart rate zone. Follow these tips while walking on the track, to help you lose weight.
