Hi, I'm Chris Voorhees, Executive Sous Chef here at Contemporary Catering. Going to show you how to make dark rum punch today. Start off with your shaker, some ice, a nice two ounce pour of dark rum, go a little heavier if you like. All the amounts are always subjective in my eyes. If you like it stronger, make it stronger. If you like it weaker, add a little more pineapple juice. About a four ounce pour of pineapple juice, fruit punch, about two ounces, a little fresh lemonade, fresh from the bottle, a little one ounce pour there. Seal that up, give it a little shake. Put a little ice in your glass, nice and dark, a fresh wedge of orange, a sprig of mint. I'm Chris and that's how you make Dark Rum Punch. That's pretty good.
