Hi, I'm Chris Voorhees. I'm the Executive Sous Chef here at Contemporary Catering, and I'm going to show you how to make a Champagne and Strawberry Sherbet Punch. Open your champagne, in this case we have a nice little Prosecco, it's kind of like a sweet and sparkling champagne from Italy, boom, perfect, champagne in the glass. I'd say pour for about two seconds, a nice cup's worth, ice, a little bit of black plums, sliced peaches, Hawaiian Punch and then a nice big scoop of strawberry sherbet. Take that, put on the top, give it a little mix. You don't need to mix too much. You've got champagne in there. It's already nice and fizzy. You just want to kind of move that sherbet in there around to kind of help it melt into the drink a little bit. Pour it in, a little scoop of sherbet inside to melt into the drink, some fresh mint and there you go. I'm Chris and that's how you make a Champagne Strawberry Sherbet Punch, like a Red Mimosa.
