Hi, I'm Michelle Karam with "Dishes by Michelle" in Los Angeles, California. Halloween is all around us, and Halloween parties are sure to be going on. One of my favorite dips that I love to make is this Mexican Seven Layered Dip, but it's not just any dip. It's got a special spider web and secret spider in there. This is my recipe on Seven Layer Spider Web Dip. So, this seven layer bean dip would have all the classic ingredients that you would think of. It has refried beans, ground beef that I've actually browned in some taco seasoning. So, I just got a taco packet and just browned that meat up with it; some fresh salsa, fresh guacamole, shredded cheddar cheese, black olives, green scallions, tomato and sour cream. So, I'm just going to start this by layering. So, the first thing that I'm going to do is I'm actually going to go ahead and put my beans down, and what I'm using is actually a pie tart tin, because this, after all, is going to be in the shape of a spider web, and I figure it's kind of got that spider web-y feel already, so that's the first thing we're going to add. And we're just going to put a smooth, even layer on the bottom. Our next ingredient that we're going to go ahead and add in there is our ground beef, and just same exact thing. Just go ahead and just make one even layer. My next ingredient is going to be my guacamole, and I'm just going to go ahead and do the same exact thing and just put a nice layer of avocado, and it doesn't have to be perfect, and go edge to edge. It could, actually, it's kind of like the beauty of it is, is that you want it to look a little bit rustic and natural. Fantastic, smells really good. Our next thing that we're going to add is our salsa, and then we're going to take our cheese, put that, put a layer of that on top. We're going to take our tomatoes, put another layer of that on top. I'm actually going to use my hands for this one. Just kind of spread it all the way around, and it's so colorful, our olives. Let's do our olives as well. And then, last but not least, our scallions, or green onions. Oh my gosh, this looks so festive. So, the last thing that I've gone ahead and done is I've taken my sour cream, because that's the last of my top layers, and that's what I'm going to make the spider web out of. I've put it in a piping bag, which is basically just a pastry piping bag that I've gone ahead and I've snipped the little tip off the top of it, and now I'm going to go ahead and start making my spider web. And you're just going to make lines that go across, and then what you're going to do is you're going to start interconnecting them through and making that web, and it doesn't have to be perfect. So, we've gone ahead and made our spider web, and the last thing that a spider web needs is a spider. I've gotten one of these little play rings that they sell in the decorating stores, and I'm going to go ahead and just put it right in the middle over there, and this will totally creep your guests out. Can you imagine when they go to dig in there, they see that spider in the middle. Then, I'm going to take just some of these chips, just add a few of them as decoration, maybe just to give your guests a little bit of incentive to know they should use the chips to eat it with, and here you have your super spooky Spider Web Seven Layer Dip. I'm Michelle Karam with "Dishes by Michelle". Thank you so much for watching. Happy Halloween.
