Hi my name is Jennifer Jackson. I'm with "Fusion Bodywork" in Salt Lake City, Utah. Today we're going to be showing you a few acupressure points dealing with sinus infections. Okay the first one I want to show you is Urinary Bladder 1. This is right on that medial aspect of the eye and you're just going to lightly press in there and hold for about 20 seconds. This one is called Eye Brightness. The next one I want to show you is directly in between the eyebrows, right in the center and this is actually your Third Eye and this is governing on the governing vessel and then the last one I want to show you is called Facial Beauty. So you're going to line up with the pupil right here on the cheekbone just underneath it and you're going to kind of press in an upward direction. This is called Stomach 3 or it's also known as Facial Beauty. This can be really intense for somebody who has some sinus issues but it's very alleviating. Again my name is Jennifer Jackson with "Fusion Bodywork" in Salt Lake City. We just showed you a few acupressure points dealing with sinus infection. I also highly recommend cranial sacral therapy. It can do tremendous things for sinus pressure.
