I'm Stasia Bliss on acupressure for pinch nerves. So, depending on where pinch nerve is, you're going to have different points. I'm going to do a pinch nerve in the shoulder and neck right now. So, we're looking for a spot in the shoulder near the outside back and it's going to be between any bones. So, go ahead and just hook around in there, you're looking for a tender spot. And then, you're going to press nice and deep and then a little bit of stimulation. So, as you do this, just start to notice throughout the shoulder and neck some release or relief. You might notice a little flashing sensation or a sign, sound. You might actually feel your muscles start to change position or release. And if you're really sensitive and in tune, you can start to feel it, I feel it all the way back into my shoulder blade, neck and into my head. So, it's affecting all nerves through that area. And then, I'm going to do the same thing on the other side even if your pinch nerve is on this side. Go ahead and just stimulate the same point on the opposite shoulder.
