Hi, I'm Jennifer Jackson with Fusion Bodywork. Today, I'm going to be going over a few acupressure points for asthma and bronchitis. For the first one, I want to show you is large intestine 11; the crease of the elbow, you're going to go to the lateral side of that, just at the base of the humerus and you can slightly flex the arm and you're just going to press in there. The next one I want to show you is on the chest, it's lung one. This one is a really good one to strengthen the lungs with difficulty breathing, asthma, fatigue, clears the chest and we all need that with the inversion here in Utah and pretty much everywhere in the world, so for that one, what you're going to do is you're going to find your clavicle. You're going to follow that all the way out to the edge of the ribs and then you're just going to go one tsun inferior to that and then that tends to be a little tender on most people just because of the air we breath. The last one I want to show you now that she's flipped over is BL12; it's on the back. Straight down the center of the back, you're going to come up just a little bit lateral and you want to make sure that you're near the spinous process of the second thoracic vertebra and you just go ahead and hold right there. You can tell the second thoracic because this, like everyone, will have a larger lump on the area of their back, that's the last cervical vertebra, right under that starts the thoracic vertebrae.
