Hi, I'm Seth Hampton, the movement master, and I'm going to be talking about hip and knee warm-up stretches for arthritis pain relief. Any time you're dealing with arthritis, movement is imperative. Slow movement, very controlled. So, we're going to start off with a very gentle stretch and release warm-up for the hip and knee. I'm going to be lying down comfortably. You can do this on a bed, or if you're comfortable getting on the floor great. Lying down, we'll take one knee up to brace in a comfortable position. And, as my head is down, it's just going to be a very slow draw in with the knee. Very slow, pampering yourself, okay? Capturing the knee to a comfortable place, and easy drawing it in to a range of motion that's comfortable for you. Slowly coming back down, releasing back out. Repeating very slow, getting the joints lubricated, drawing synovial fluid into the hip joint as well. You'll repeat this on both legs. I'm Seth Hamptom, the movement master, and this is hip and knee stretches for arthritis pain relief.
