Hi, I'm Veronica Perez from Cornucopia Foods, and I'm here to show you how to cook fillet mignon on the George Foreman grill. The ingredients you will need are olive oil, salt and pepper, fillet mignon, a pair of tongs, a brush, and of course, the George Foreman grill. The first thing you'll need to do is brush some olive oil on your fillet mignon. This keeps it tender and moist. Next, you'll season it with a little bit of salt and a little bit of pepper. Then, take your pair of tongs and your fillet mignon, open your lid and place it on your George Foreman grill. Close the lid and let it cook for about six minutes. Okay, it's been about six minutes now. Let's go ahead and remove the fillet mignon from the George Foreman grill. Open your lid, take your tongs and remove your fillet mignon and place it on a nice platter with some parsley. I'm Veronica Perez from Cornucopia Foods, and that's how you cook fillet mignon on the George Foreman grill.
