Hi, I'm Veronica Perez from Cornucopia Foods, and I'm here to show you how to cook a pork fillet on the George Foreman Grill. The ingredients you will need are, olive oil, salt and pepper, a pork fillet, a pair of tongs, a brush, and of course your George Foreman Grill. The first thing you'll need to do is brush some olive oil on your pork fillet, on each side. Next, season your pork fillet with some salt and pepper. Then, take your pair of tongs open up your grill, and place your fillet on your grill. Close the lid, and let it cook for about five minutes. Okay. So, it's been about five minutes now. Let's go ahead and take the pork off of the grill. Open your lid, take your tongs, and remove your fillet on to a nice serving platter and garish it with some parsley. I'm Veronica Perez from Cornucopia Foods, and that's how you cook a pork fillet on the George Foreman Grill.
