Hey moms! Welcome to "Cooking with Kids" on eHow. I'm Barbara Beery, kids' cooking expert, cookbook author and founder of "Kids Cook!" here in Austin, Texas, and we're here with Tatum to show you how to think of breakfast treats outside of the cereal box. Hi, how you doing today, Tatum? Great. Good, you're getting ready for back to school, aren't you? Yes. Well this ought to be a very fun fast breakfast for you to make, and guess what it is? What? An all-time favorite pizza, but we're making pizza with a twist. So, let's get started. First of all, I want to show you that I got a whole wheat tortilla. Of course, you could use any kind that you like, and they make all kinds of veggie tortillas now, or you could use a pita or different flat bread, or my goodness, even if you had homemade pizza dough hanging out, you could use that, but this bakes up quickly and crisp, and I love the way it tastes. So, should we get started? Now, are you a cheesy person? Do you like a little cheese or a lot? A lot. Well, I brought you an extra piece. How does that look? Awesome. And you know even want to do? Take some pieces and tear it so you can fill in along the edges, so it goes all the way out to the edge. That'd be cool. Now, of course, the pizzas are all about what you like because these are individual pizzas. So, we've got some tomatoes, which I know Tatum likes, and we're kind of foregoing the traditional pizza sauce because sometimes that's a little too much in the morning, but put any veggies on, even zucchini grated, kind of melts into everything, and it kind of is a good disguise for something. Alright, next we've got bell peppers. I see some red ones and green ones and gold. They all taste delicious. Would you like to decorate that pizza with some bell pepper slices? Yes, please. You can make a face. You can make a design or you don't have to do anything. Put a few of those on and we're going to layer this pizza up. Okay, next we've got some of those juicy, end of the season tomatoes. Would you like to put some of those on here? Of course. And I really kind of like the tomatoes whole, because they're tiny and they really get sweet when they're roasted. All you have to do now is to put that on a sheet pan and bake it in a 375 degree oven for about five to seven minutes, and you've got a delicious breakfast pizza. Anything else you'd like to add to it, any more cheese or any more of anything? Lots of grated cheese. Of course, lots of grated cheese. That looks delicious. So, we've got some great breakfast outside of the cereal box. Thank you for helping me put some things together, and we'll see you next time on eHow.
