Hey there, Mark Newman-Kuzel, President and CEO of Maid in the U.S.A. We've been keeping Los Angeles clean for two decades, and today I'm going to teach you how to get rid of cat urine out of your carpet. You need a few products for this, a bottle of club soda, a sponge, some paper towels. You might need a rag as back up and last but not least an air freshener. The first step is to take your club soda, just lightly pour it on that pesky cat urine spot there, which is one of the worst smells in the world. You're going to kind of dab it in there, always dab, never rub, remind yourself of that, dab, don't rub. You're going to pick that yucky smell up, take your little rag, kind of dab some other things up there. I mentioned the rag and your paper towels. I always like to use a soft two ply white paper towel with no pattern because the ink, God forbid, could come off from the paper towel on to your rug and you wouldn't know that unless you were in business for 20 years like I am, dab that up. Last but not least, a little Febreze, just to get rid of any smell. Mark Newman-Kuzel, Maid in the U.S.A., and that's how you get rid of cat urine out of your carpet.
