Hello, my name is Peter Dryden and I'm going to show you how to make easy potato wedges. The things you will need: potatoes, cooking spray, salt, a baking sheet, an oven, a potato peeler, a knife and a cutting board. The first step is to preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Next, spray the baking sheet evenly with cooking spray. Now, take the potatoes and peel the skin off with a potato peeler. Once they are peeled, rinse the potatoes under cold water and place them on a cutting board. Now, take your knife and slice each potato in half. Then, take each potato half and slice them lengthwise into one-inch thick wedges. Place the potato wedges in a single layer on the baking sheet. Sprinkle the desired amount of salt evenly over the wedges along with any other seasonings you prefer. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for around fifteen minutes. Now, turn the wedges over and bake for additional fifteen minutes or until they are crispy and golden brown. And that's how you make easy potato wedges.
