We'll check your neck motions first. Hi, I'm David Pakozdi, and this is back and neck exercises for neck physical therapy. You won't need any materials for this. While sitting tall in a chair with your chin tucked, inter-clasp your fingers. With your elbows straight, slowly roll your shoulders forward and drop your head down, keeping your shoulders down and reaching forward as far as you can. You'll feel a stretch in the back of the shoulders, between the shoulder blades. You can increase it by dropping your head down further, holding it for 10 to 20 seconds and then bringing your head up and dropping your shoulders and relaxing.
