Hi, my name is Tanya Batts, and I am a personal trainer at Gold's Gym. How to remove fat from the back of your neck. The things you will need for this are: dumbbells, mat, and some space. Well if you have got fat in the back of your neck you are probably got fat somewhere else, which means you need to do cardio, you need to work out. So, that is what I want to do, think of skiing, I mean do a skit machine, elliptical, or if you are in Colorado go skiing. That is going to really be some great cardio, but I am going to show you a few exercises with some weights that is just going to target the back of your neck and might turn some of that fat into muscle. So lets start. Got the my knees hip distance you could do it standing or on your knees whatever you want. I am just going to lift. Elbows, I can see my elbows out of the corner of my eyes so I know I am doing it just right. You do not want the elbows to go way back okay. Arms going straight up. I can totally feel that in my shoulders, right in the back of the neck, right where you have some of that fat. The next one, yeah I am going to do this one. Look. My hands are here, take weight straight back so when I lift I am taking my pinkies are facing the ceiling. Unbelievable the muscles I am feeling right now in the back of my neck. That is fantastic. Two more. One more. When you do that exercise though I do not want you to have a big weight okay. You do not have to have a real heavy weight. Alright, what else? Boom. A little bit of shoulder, and actually you can do it two ways, I am going to get you to go straight up, but I want you to go up and together with that weight. Because you can feel the back of the neck so much more when you go up and touch. Two more. Oh my neck is burning. One more. That is a great one. Alright, so you are done but not really I am going to show you some stretches look. Point, middle finger I am pressing down. Because I do not want to leave you with all that tension in the neck after that great work out. One more stretch, you are going to love it. Chin comes to your chest, use your two middle fingers to press down the top of the head. And that is stretching the entire back of the neck. So, those are just a few exercises that are really going to help kind of target that fat back area hopefully turning that fat into muscle. But you have got to get up, you have got to get exercising, get moving, do what you got to do to get that fat off your body.
