Hello, my name is Pete Dryden and I'm going to show you how to remove mold from cheese. Things you will need: cheese, cutting board, a knife, and a Ziploc bag. The first step is to place the moldy cheese on to a cutting board. Next, using a knife, begin slicing off the parts of the cheese that are moldy and discard. Keep slicing until the mold is completely removed. Now, place the cheese in to a fresh Ziploc bag and seal. Make sure to remove all excess air from the bag, as this will cause the cheese to mold quicker. And that is how you remove mold from cheese.
