Hello my name is Pete Dryden and I am going to show you how to freeze dry bananas. The things you will need: a banana, a freezer bag, a knife, a cutting board, and a freezer. The first step is to remove the banana peel from the banana. Now place the banana on a cutting board. Then take a knife and slice the banana into thin slices. Place the slices in a freezer bag making sure to arrange them in a single layer. Now seal the freezer bag while squeezing out all excess air to prevent freezer burn. And finally place the bag in a freezer and store for up to 12 months. And that is how you freeze dry bananas.
