Hi, my name is Tanya Batts. I'm a personal trainer at Gold's Gym. How to build muscle with a curved bicep bar. The things you will need for this are a curved bicep bar, some gloves and some space. This thing is fantastic. You want to grab it. See how it's curved. It's pretty great and I really like it, the way it's kind of made, because your elbows can kind of go right into your sides there and you're not swinging. The abs are in, just lifting and lowering. That is totally targeting that bicep. Just, I think the way the bar is made, it's made just for the biceps. But, this bar is fantastic for other muscles as well. So, if I switch my grip, lifting up. I've got the traps working there, the shoulders, still got the shoulder, biceps in there too, working hard, lift and lower. So, the bicep bar is great for anything. I'm going to lift it up, put it right here, on my shoulders, feels good. So, I like the way it is curved because I can just grab a little higher and lower, lift. So, again, building muscle with the use of this bar. So, those are just a few things you can do to really build muscle with this great bicep bar.
