Hi, I'm Sue Walker and I'm going to show you how to make hot cocoa using powdered milk. You will need a sifter, jars with lids, and a set of measuring cups. The ingredients are two and a half cups of powdered milk, one and one half cups of powdered sugar, one cup of coffee creamer, three-fourths cups of cocoa powder, and one half cup of sugar. Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl. Then using the sifter, sift the mix into another bowl. This will help the mixture dissolve when you make your cocoa. Spoon the mix into jars and close it with a lid. To make the hot cocoa, use approximately three tablespoons of cocoa mix per cup of hot water or hot milk. And that is how to make hot cocoa using powdered milk.
