Hi, I'm Marika Neumann, and I'm going to show you how to sell stock photography. You will need a computer with Internet access, your photos, and patience. The first step is start doing research on micro stock sites. These are sites that sell royalty-free photography. An example of one of these websites is called photolia.com. Once you have found the website, create an account with your username and password. You will need this to upload your photos to the website for review. Once your photographs are on the site, they have inspectors look over the pictures for aesthetic quality. They will be looking for really crisp and good quality pictures. Once they're approved, they'll be ready to sell. This process can take a couple days to a couple of weeks, so you'll need to be patient. Make sure not to get discouraged if some of your photographs aren't accepted. The more photos you submit, the more will get accepted. But make sure to use your best photos. And that is how to sell stock photography.
