Hi, my name is Tanya Batts and I'm a personal trainer at Gold's Gym. Want to show you a few exercises you can do, kind of help slim down your thighs and your hips. The things you will need for this are a mat, and just clear away some space. I'm going to start with thighs. You can have two light weights, these are threes, you don't even need weights if you don't want to. So, I'm going to step one leg in front, and then my back knee is going to lower straight and straight up. You want to make sure that that knee is not going over the toe. But I'm lowering that knee straight down and straight up, the thigh's going to start to burn, two more, and one more. Alright, I'm going to switch legs, same idea, so you can see it from both angles. I'm dropping it all the way down, I got a long spine, weights if you want, you don't have to have it. The thighs are already starting to burn. Here's another one, it's a sure thing. Weights if you want, I kind of like the weight. Feet, shoulder-width apart, I'm going to take my arms and it looks like you're going to sit down in a chair. But, I like the weights because it kind of helps you counterbalance. So again, look at my knees. They're not going over the toes. Two more, that's burning the thighs already, fantastic, good stuff. For the hips, grab you a wall. Weights if you want, just because I got them in my hand, I guess I'll use them. Long spine, leg out and in. I'm not even taking that leg that far up. And it's already starting to burn, right here. I don't even need a weight. Targets that hip, that's good stuff, two more, one more, burning. So, those are just a few exercises you can do for the thighs. It's going to slim them down, slim down the hips, good stuff.
