Hi, my name is Tanya Batts and I'm a personal trainer at Gold's Gym. Here's a full body way to stretch all your muscles. The things you will need for this exercise are some space and a mat. Take the legs long, abs are in, inhale, exhale, forward fold. I am stretching inner thigh. If you can't come too far, it really doesn't matter, as long as you are feeling that amazing stretch in the inner thigh and the hamstring, you're doing it just right. So, that's a great way to start. Legs are going to come in front. That was a little bit inner thigh, inhale, exhale, forward fold. So, I'm going to try to reach for the toes. If you can't reach them, don't worry about it. That is hamstring, pretty fantastic stretch there. Alright we're coming on up. Crossing them legs, that was a little bit of leg stretching. I'm stretching shoulders. So, you want to drop the shoulder down. Take that right arm across your chest. Even looking over that right shoulder, that's pretty fantastic. That same arm, bring it and grab the hand, pull down. It's actually a bicep stretch. It's pretty fantastic. Other arm. Reaching it across, drop the shoulder and you want to look over that shoulder. Increases it, pretty great. Alright same thing. Going to help grab that hand. Alright lace your hands in front of you, round through the spine, that's right between the shoulder blades, pretty great. Take the arms all the way up, lace them behind you. You're getting a chest stretch. So, we did the legs, shoulders, biceps, let's do the triceps real quick. Reaching up and down the back. Pretty good, stretching it right there, other side and one more stretch going for those obliques. We worked those pretty hard. We're coming up and over, leaning, both glutes remain on the floor, other side. And that feels fantastic and that's how you stretch the full body.
