Hi, my name is Tanya Batts; I'm a Personal Trainer with Gold's Gym. I want to show you just a few exercises you can do, or dance moves that you can do for aerobic activity. The things you will need for this exercise are some space and a great pair of shoes. First thing I'm going to show you; stand up tall, straight is the Merengue. Right leg; one, two, three; then the left leg. So, bop, bop, bop; bop, bop, bop. The arms are up; the abs are in. So, you get a lot of core with this one; just a start. Then you want to speed up; bop, bop, bop. One, two, three; one, two, three. You do this for like a minute; your heart rate is going to go up. The abdominals are going to burn. Hip action there; legs; bop, bop, bop. That's the Merengue. Here comes the Mambo. Left leg is a mam-bo; cha-cha-cha. I'm showing it to you at a angle. So, it's simple to start. Mam-bo; cha-cha-cha; mam-bo. Then you want to really start to get the neck and the hand into it. Hmm, cha-cha-cha. Abs in; whew, cha-cha-cha. That's really going to start to work the core. Pa-pa-pa! So, Merengue; get a little bit of Latino music playing in your kitchen; pa-pa-pa. You can do this all over the house if you want; Mambo, put them altogether. Do that in aerobic workout. Cha-cha-cha; two more; cha-cha-cha; hmm; cha-cha-cha. You don't like Latino dancing; you would always got the crump; boom. Hmm; it's up to you. You can crump it; pa-pa-pa-pa. Just a few things you can do for an aerobic activity with dancing.
