Hi I'm David Dubail and I'm a personal trainer at DubailFitness.com. In this clip I'm going to give you some great posture exercises for seniors. You'll need some exercise bands. You use some bands, you mount it or secure it to a solid foundation and you're going to pull the shoulders back and squeeze the scaps, okay? The big important thing that runs right down the middle of your back right next to your sub-scaps would be your rhomboids and once you correct those and strengthen those, then you're going to get much better posture. You can do that with bands that is an advanced exercise or you can just pull the shoulders back and squeeze and squeeze and that will work too. But a tougher better exercise is to work the muscles more would be that. But just even sitting at your desk, pulling the shoulders back and squeezing them up, anywhere from 15 to 20 reps is a great range. This is Dave Dubail. Thanks for watching.
