Hi, I'm David Dubail and I'm a Personal Trainer at In this clip I'm going to show you some great aerobic exercises for seniors. You will need a treadmill, you will need an elliptical machine. Great exercise that you can do anytime of the year, whether it's snowing, raining or really hot, would be a treadmill. You just hit the start button and increase your speed. Roughly you want it to be anywhere from 2.8 to 3.5. And you just want to elevate the heart rate a little bit. Now a lot of people have problems walking, you got knee problems, ankle problems or joint problems or whatever they may be. Another great exercise which can be very intimidating would be the elliptical machine. No pressure on any of the joints, you just move forward. There's always a green button on all these machines and then you just hit it. There's no pressure on the knees, nothing on the joints, it's a great exercise. This is David Dubail.
