Hello. My name is Dr. Daniel Levin. I'm a Board Certified OBGYN with levinswomenshealth.com. Let's talk about delaying menstrual cycle, and it's a question I encounter very often in my practice. Young girls who are planning a trip or planning some big events and do not want to get their days in, during these event. The easiest ways to manipulate birth control pills either to continue in taking the next pack in as soon as one is done with the active pills of the current pack. Another way would be to stop a current pack; get a withdrawal bleeding and then at the right time start the new pack.
