Hi, I'm Sue Walker and I'm going to show you how to make cinnamon roll frosting. I love to make cinnamon roll frosting with a little cream cheese. It gives it a rich and delicious flavor. The ingredients you will need are: three ounces of cream cheese softened, one-fourth cup of soft butter, two to three cups of powdered sugar, one teaspoon of vanilla and one to two tablespoons of cream. In a mixing bowl, beat the butter and cream cheese together on medium with your mixer. Add the vanilla and mix again. Now, add one cup of powdered sugar and when the mixture is creamy, add a little bit more powdered sugar, then add a little cream and keep adding powdered sugar and cream until you get the right consistency. It should not be runny and should stick to your spoon when you hold it up. If it is too thick, add more cream. If it is too runny, add more powdered sugar. Now you're ready to frost your cinnamon rolls. And that is how to make cinnamon roll frosting.
