Hi I'm Sue Walker and I'm going to show you how to make deviled egg's filling. The ingredients are twelve egg yolks, one half cup mayonnaise, one teaspoon of mustard, one fourth teaspoon of salt and one eighth teaspoon of dill. After you have peeled your eggs you'll want to take a knife and cut them lengthwise in half, take a spoon and scoop out the egg yolks, put your egg yolks in a bowl and mash them up with a fork, and then add your mayonnaise, your mustard, your salt and your dill and then you'll want to take a whisk and whisk it together until it's very smooth. Take a spoon and scoop your egg yolk mixture into the Ziploc bag, squeeze out all of the air and close the bag. Then take a pair of scissors and snip the bottom corner. Don't snip it too big; just a very small corner. Now you can squeeze the egg yolk mixture onto your egg white halves. There are some options on how to finish your eggs. You can sprinkle them with a little paprika or a little cayenne pepper, and you can sprinkle it over your eggs, and that is how to make deviled egg's filling.
