Hi I'm Sue Walker and I'm going to show you how to peel a boiled egg. To peel a boiled egg you're going to need a hard surface and cool running water. The next step to peeling a boiled egg is to take the egg and tap each end on the hard surface, and then take the egg in your hand and roll it back and forth until the shell is cracked and starts to break apart. Now you take the egg and hold it under cool running water. This will make the egg easier to peel and it should just slip right off the egg. Once you have the shell off the egg, run the egg underwater again to make sure that all the small pieces of shell are gone. And, that is how to peel a boiled egg.
