    A flat tummy does require the right exercises on top of cardio and proper nutrition. Abdominal exercises needs to include more focus on the transverse abdominals. These movements are mainly focusing on rectus abdominus, that are not very involved in holding the stomach flat. Also posturally, it's too much bending forward, when you don't mix up your ab routine.
