Well, there's several ways to get a flat tummy. You can do cardiovascular exercise. Diet plays a big role in achieving a flat tummy. Also, another thing is certain exercises you can do specifically guided for getting a flat tummy. If you're a beginner, you can start by placing your hands across your chest; roll them up the spine, contract and hold, and roll down. Contract and hold, and roll down. The more advanced you get; you can bring your hands out to the side and roll down. Roll them up, and roll them down. Sit-ups are also another option. You can sit all the way up; pull the belly button in, and tuck and roll down the spine. Sit all the way up; tuck and roll down the spine. There are several Pilates exercises that you can do. You can pull your knees up at a right angle, the curl one hundred; roll the shoulders forward, pulling the belly button down, contract, breathe in for five; pumping the arms, and exhale for five. You can extend the legs out and hold that position here, arms to your side, again, pulling the belly button in; holding it tight. Hold that for about five seconds. Fold the knees in; relax, and come down. To achieve a flat tummy, not only are the exercises important, but a good cardiovascular routine is important, in addition to a great diet. Diet is one of the key things that we can focus on, getting the fruits and vegetables, lots of fiber. All those things will play a key role in getting a flat tummy. Interval training is the sort of cardiovascular exercise where you get your heart rate up for a minute, and then lower it down at a rest will just double your high intensity time. So, good cardio routines, good diet, and the exercises, variety of exercises, are all great ways to achieve a flat tummy.
