Hi, I'm Sue Walker and I'm going to show you how to remove baked-on grease from your cookie sheet. As you can see, baked-grease does build up overtime and it's very difficult to remove sometimes. But I've a very simple way to remove it. I don't like to use coarse scouring pads on my pans especially on my stainless steel pans because they do leave scratches. Instead, I like to use Brillo pads. For one thing they don't leave scratches and they really do a good job removing the grease. Using hot water, just rub the Brillo pad over the surface of the pan until all the stains are gone. You don't need to use any soap because the Brillo pad already has a soap in it. See how clean and shiny it looks? And that is how to remove baked-on grease from your cookie sheet.
