Hi. I'm Sue Walker and I'm going to show you how to soften hard bread. If your bread has become a little too hard, maybe a little too stale, there is a very simple solution. What you want to do is take a couple of sheets of paper toweling and wrap your bread slices in the paper toweling. And I would suggest only doing two or three slices at a time. Then place it on a paper plate and put it in your microwave. And microwave for about 10 to 15 seconds. Take it out and your bread should taste just like fresh bread. Another solution is to place your bread inside a brown paper lunch bag. And then you can put this into your microwave and also microwave it for 15 to 20 seconds. And that is how you soften hard bread.
