Hi I'm Sue Walker and I'm going to show you how to bake bread in an electric oven. The first thing you'll need to know about baking in an electric oven is the placement of your oven rack. You want to make sure that your oven rack is in the middle of the oven. This way, the bottom or the top of the bread won't burn. Most breads bake at 350 degrees. However, there are some recipes that call for 325 degrees. You don't ever want to bake your bread at a temperature higher than 350 degrees. Most of your bread recipes will call for a baking time of 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Whether you use a nonstick pan or a stainless steel bread pan, you'll still want to spray them with a nonstick coating spray, and that's how to bake bread in an electric oven.
