"Today we are going to be talking about traditional Jewish rituals and in particular how to lay the head Tefillin; the Tefillin Shawl Rosh. First it is place over our head, making sure that the Tefillin is in the front of our head with the knot in the back. The wraps go on the sides of the head, but not too loose. At this point we would make the blessing. "Barukh ata Adonai Eloheinu melekh haolam, asher kid'shanu b'mitzvotav v'tzivanu al mitzvat t'filin." The knot goes over the bone that sticks out in the base of our cranium. The Tefillin stays above our hairline and between our eyes. We make sure that the straps are hanging down in the front of us; always staying with the blocks facing outwards."
