"Hello I'm Debbie Benami-Rahm, a career expert with dbrcareerservices.com. In this clip I'm going to give you tips on employee training techniques. Tip number 1: face-to-face in classroom facilitator led training. It's been used for many, many, many years and it's still a very popular method to train your employees. Getting people together in one room in one place enables the participants to share their experience, ask questions and obtain the knowledge that you're trying to get them to learn in a nice comfortable environment. Tip number 2: Web-based training, E-learning, Web-based programs that have been designed around some of the in classroom modules. It's a good way now through distance learning to get a large number of employees trained at one time without incurring the travel costs. Tip number 3: internships, apprenticeships, rotation programs. Excellent, excellent way to train employees within an organization having people assume different job responsibilities with the oversight of a manager or an employee training and development workplace learning professional can oversee the progress, the questions, the challenges and the learning of the employee. These three tips either used separately or combined in a blended learning process will absolutely provide you with the informational instruction that your employees are looking for through your employee training programs and those are just a few tips on employee training techniques.
