"Hey there, Logan Masterson, here at Haunted Nashville and we're going to talk now about great fun and a staple of the Halloween decoration environment, tombstones. For materials we're going to need some blue insulation board but it's probably more efficient to recycle some of that white packing Styrofoam you may have stuffed in a closet somewhere, some paint and something to cut with. The first step is to draw out our design. Now you can go with something simple or you can go with something complex. You can do cross shapes, anything that you'd see in a graveyard is really appropriate. So we're just going to do an arch top design. You probably want to do some measurements to make sure that everything is even but I'm just going to freehand this guy. This is going to be a pretty small one based on the size of my piece of foam. Okay so once we have drawn our design out what we need to do is cut the design out. I'm going to use this little saw and we're just going to cut the foam, try to keep it a nice and even stroke and we're just going to cut along the line of our design just like this and here is an example of our finished product. This is a pretty big guy with some fairly intricate details on it and you can see it's been painted in a gray to simulate the stone effect and you can see how the Styrofoam gives it a nice good texture. Now you can put an epitaph on here. You can carve it in with an X-Acto knife or you can just draw it on with paint or a marker and you're all set. Make a dozen of these, put them all over the front yard, everybody loves them."
