But curing anxiety is like saying you want to take away your feeling of when someone pinches you in the arm or when someone grabs hold of you. Both of these signal something that is of importance. How to treat and cope anxiety is a way of integrating what the unconscious is trying to tell you by giving these anxious symbols. Remember anxiety means that something is beyond your control, is going to cause you harm or danger and your body is gearing up for you to get away from that situation. So looking closely at events in your life, at thoughts or fantasies that you're having that contribute to this belief that you will be taken over or that you will be hurt in some way or devoured up in some way, this is what needs to be done to cope and treat anxiety. Always remember licensed health professionals are there to help you through this process."
