"Hi, I'm Chris Murray a professional soccer player with the Wilmington Hammerheads. And I'm going to give you some tips on fund raising for a soccer league. The materials that you need for fund raising in soccer are; an open mind, a smile, and always wear your jersey to promote your team and to strike up conversation with people about what you want to do and where you want to go. There's many youth clubs all throughout the United States. And within these clubs there's a lot of teams in every age group. One of the biggest things for these clubs is money. Having the money to put on tournaments and go to tournaments all over the country and even the world is very hard. Demographically there's players on each team that come from every different type of social class. Fund raising is a very big and important thing in being able to provide these teams with enough money to get around the country and the world to compete in these different tournaments. One tip on fund raisin is having your car wash. By having a car wash in your local town can promote money and promote knowledge that there's a team wanting to do something within their town. Another tip for fund raising is to have an open mind. By having an open mind about fund raising it's easier to come up with topics and things to do on how to raise money. Another way to raise money for your team would be to have a juggle-a-thon. By having someone sponsor you and give you so much money per juggle that you do is a good way for each individual player to raise money for themselves to travel. If you have each person that you go up to sponsor you for fifteen cents per juggle and you do as many juggles you can, that's a way for you to make money. And those are just some tips how to fund raise for soccer."
