"Hi, my name is Tanya Batts, and I'm a Personal Trainer, and I'm going to tell you how you can be a personal trainer. To be a personal trainer, you've got to be someone who really enjoys being in the gym, or someone who really enjoys helping someone meet their fitness goals, and helps them feel good about themselves. And, there's a few great ways and great companies that can really help you achieve this goal by becoming a personal trainer. There are two organizations; IFTA, which is I-F-T-A, which stands for the Interactive Fitness Trainers of America, and AFAA, A-F-A-A, The Aerobic Fitness Association of America. Those are two great organizations that can really help you become a personal trainer. So, if you go online to those workshops, they're going to really tell you where is the closest place you can go to become certified. They show you the fitness tips. They show you how to lift safely and how to help someone really achieve their fitness goals, because being a personal trainer takes a dedicated person. You've got to know how the body works. And that's just a few great ways of how you can become a personal trainer."
