Hi my name is Tanya Batts and I'm a personal trainer. I want to talk to you about how to do kind of a cardio workout with any equipment while you're at home. The materials you will need for exercising at home without equipment are just enough space for you to jump around safely. Kind of a great thing to start on, let's just see. Simple one, elbow to knee. So we're here. It's real simple, it's working oblique, it's a nice easy warmup. Then the other side, same idea. You're just kind of getting the heart rate. You're pulling an elbow on the outside of the knee. That's going to warm up the core, that's good stuff. Another great one. I kind of like it. You just want to kind of be like here, like a speed skater and you also want to throw the hammer down, boom, boom. So you want to do these things for like one minute so this is tip number two, we're speed skating, boom pow. Tip number three, to really get the heart going. I'm going to start simple but this is navy seal training, here, it's kind of hand-eye coordination. Simple right? Adding on, boom, pow, hooah, hooah. Those are just three great things you can do for cardio training with no equipment while you're at home.
