"Hi, I'm Lizbeth Muller and I'm a professional hairstylist with LizsHairDesign.com. In this clip I'm going to show you how to maintain hair clippers. You'll need an old towel. You'll need hair clippers. You'll need oil. The first step would be to make sure that the clippers are unplugged. You don't want to go ahead and put anything in the clippers if it's plugged. Make sure it's unplugged. Check your clippers. Make sure that the; that the end of the clippers is stable and that there's no problem. Don't loosen up the screws at all. It might just, you know, shift your blade. You can put the oil in between the blade, right in here like this and put it on the other side also. Move it around and put it right here on the sides to the clippers. Very little; okay; this is just a small maintenance. You don't want to overdo it. And you want to move it around. Now if you'd like, you can plug the clippers and you turn it on to make sure the oil moves in there. And that's how you clean clippers. This has been Liz Muller; thank you for watching."
