If you're involved in a large swim team such as a school program, or a masters swim team, you may want to strongly consider getting customized swim caps. This way your swimmers can easily be identified and they can feel the camaraderie of having a team uniform. The best way to go about this is to do an Internet search searching for customized swim caps. You most likely upload your graphics to a company that does customized swim caps, and for a fee they will produce whatever number you desire and ship those to you. Now that's the professional way to do it. The more fun way to do it is to customize the swim cap yourself. For this you'll need the cap with blank space on it and a magic marker. What you do is take the magic marker and draw on the cap whatever you would like to display. I like to put a smiley face on a swim cap to express my attitude of having fun while swimming. Customizing a swim cap can be a fun way to express your individuality if you do it like this with a magic marker and a blank swim cap.
