For example, a computer, a telephone and a policy and procedure manual for your organization. Provide meaningful work for your employees. When people find the value that they bring to an organization they're much more engaged in their work and you as an employer get a lot more productivity out of them, provide coaching, feedback and training for your employees. This is very important so that they know that the information that they have learned is being used properly, provide recognition and a rewards system.
