"Hi, my name is Keri Wootton and I'm the owner of Leave The Details To Me, Event and Wedding Consulting here in Austin, Texas and I'm here today to talk to you about how to use balloons to decorate your wedding reception. Some of the items you'll need if you're going to be balloon decorating yourself are balloons, a helium tank which you kind to have to be rented if you're doing a large number of balloons or you can purchase at your local party supplies store. The other thing you'll need is ribbon. You can either use curling ribbon or tool. You'll also need small weights to keep your balloons in place. Balloons are a great cost-effective way to add some color and some creativity to your wedding. You can actually have your local balloon artist make a large balloon and have different wedding symbols and icons on the balloon and then inside you place smaller balloons and those can be placed in your entry way, behind your head table. You can also do arches which are fabulous way to fill a large space especially a tall ceiling. You can do it in your wedding colors. This couple has done pink and white and we did it behind their head table. Another great place to showcase is your cake table. Here we've just done something very simple 'cause you don't want to overshadow your cake too much. Another great, great fun thing to do is to actually corner your dance floor. It makes it so fun for your guests when they get into the dance floor and go dancing. And then another really really fun thing to do with balloons is actually do your whole entire ceiling, especially if you're going to do like a New Year's eve wedding. My name is Keri and I'm from Austin and again, those are my ideas on how to create some fun, beautiful color using balloons for your reception."
